K.deTonq doesn't sound Dutch. Maybe it's more like K. De Jong. Or K. De Tong. But De Jong is much more common, so I guess it's that one. In Dutch you keep the words 'de' and 'Jong' seperated. (and Jong means Young) The only link that I can find with this name is: http://klaasdejong.exto.nl/ But I doubt if he is the one.
