This is one of two dresses I picked up second hand with very dated patterns which I had fun transforming them into baby-couture by adding buttons, ribbon, and some felt crows to give them a shabby chic look! This is some inspiration, and the sketch I did before delving into altering the real thing… which looked cool, but Hera only wore once as I realized white glue is not washing machine friendly ;) Now it’s part of my illustrated diary of Hera’s outfits.
