A few months ago my hubby got me hooked on ClickGreen… you sign up to receive emails from their advertizers, and for each one you click they plant trees to offset a day’s worth of carbon emissions for YOU! Thought it was a pretty cool idea… only wish they sent me MORE ads so that I could click more and earn more offsets!

My biggest concern with purchasing offsets is that the trees that are planted now are logged later on… so I checked it out, and ClickGreen is planting trees through GreenFleet, who are doing good by planting forests (we’re talking 3 million native trees in the last 10 years) in areas of environmental concern throughout Australia.
