hey folks. not sure if anyone out there can help me but i am looking to do some illustrations for a start-up company that will be producing greeting cards, calendars, etc. they sent me the contract and it looks like they want to pay me in royalties-only (5% of wholesale price t be determined by company). and they want to own the rights to my images. now i don't know a lot about this sort of thing but that doesn't sound right to me. any ideas? i don't want to pass up a good opportunity but i don't want to be taken advantage of either...
thanks for any help.
