I just completed this illustration of a little boy and little girl who find themselves in an enchanted garden of lush greenery, enormous flowers, insects & sneaky fairies. I had a lot of fun working on this piece–about 10 hours of painting & pencil work. It’s been a long time since I’ve created something for ‘myself,’ and I found the process very satisfying. (I’ve since made this illustration available as a print on Etsy.com)

i am looking for a picture to put on my fairygarden on Facebook,im looking for a daydreaming fairygarden,where fairy`s can imagine being anywhere! your picture is not what i had in mind but what a beautiful picture.

Wow. I’m addicted to your blog and this illustration proves why. WOW! The colour, the composition made from colour (i love colour!). What a beauty.
