I really like this picture. The lines are great. I am looking at pictures to try to get an idea for a project I am doing at school. This is beautiful!

Hi Tiffany!
Thanks for your comment… the butterfly was just from my imagination ;) Something I doodled a couple minutes at a time one day at work while I was waiting for my computer to process some work.
Cheers,
Heather

Hi there! I love this sketch- I stumbled on it looking for something else but I wanted to know if you would mind if I used it for a tattoo?
I have been trying to figure out what I wanted and when I saw this I jumped- I was like “THAT’S IT!!!”
Please say yes, I would be so honored! I will even send you a picture when I am done!!!!
Respectfully hopeful,
Rae

Hi I love this drawing!!! I have a question I have been looking for a butterfly drawing for 4 years now to use as a tattoo, because every girl in my family has a unique butterfly tattoo. So I was wondering if I, with ur permission, could use your drawing for a tattoo?

Hi,can I have permission to use your sketch for my tatoo please? It’s the only one of the millions I’ve looked at that draws my attention, though I would like to add colour. Aroha Pumau na Bernadette no Aotearoa New Zealand

I just wanted to let you know that I used this sketch as inspiration for a piece of jewelry I made. I joined a contest that required “us” to create a piece of jewelry using the colour pallets from here http://www.colourlovers.com/blog/2007/06/01/colorful-beauty-in-nature-butterflies/ and an optional butterfly theme.
Have a look at entry #17 to see what I made http://www.starvingjewelryartists.com/index.php?showtopic=5929
Thanks!
Cristine
P.S. Feel free to vote on any one of these jewelry items!

I think that this is an awesome butterfly, and I feel so repetitive after reading the previous comments, but do you mind others using the image for the base for a tattoo? I think it is the most awesome drawing ever. I have been searching for a side facing butterfly for a tattoo and this is the best I’ve seen.
